Baby's Got Bling

This is one of the cards I designed for UStamp Early Fall.  Even though the class has officially ended, you can still sign up and take advantage of all 160 card designs!  Just hop on over to UStamp with Dawn and Friends and sign up.  And while you're there, sign up for UStamp with Dawn and Friends Cool Moves 2010!  There are TONS of cards and this round (which starts TODAY) is all about "movement"!  I am so excited to see all the fabulous projects that are in store for us!

On with the card:  I can't share details as this was designed for a paid site, but I can share the photo.  I am so happy to be able to give this to a lovely lady this weekend at her baby shower.  I sure hope she enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it!

Until later, Happy Stamping!

Baby Boy Thank You

A friend of mine asked me to help her make thank you cards for her baby shower. She then got busy and asked if I could make them for her. I was more than happy to! This card layout is courtesy of Heather Summers. I made 25 of these.  I love this layout!  Super cute and really easy to make.  The finished card is 3x6 and fits in a No. 6 3/4 envelope for mailing.

Congratulations Baby!

My neighbor had a baby girl this morning so I whipped up a quick card for all the neighbors to sign.  I love the new Baby Bundle stamp set and any pink/brown combo!  I'd love to hear what you think.

This card is actually a full sheet of Chocolate Chip card stock folded in half to make a 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 card so all the neighbors can sign.  I added a panel of Pink Pirouette and a smaller panel of Chocolate Chip.  The stamped image was too small for this larger card so I stamped it on copy paper and enlarged it to 140% on my copier and printed onto Very Vanilla card stock.  Then I colored it in with markers.  The inside bottom border also uses stamps from the Baby Bundle stamp set and the Congratulations is from the Whimsical Words stamp set that is now retired.  I also used some yummy satin Chocolate Chip ribbon that is retired.  I sure hope the new family likes it!
