Would You Like Some Tea?

Once again I am privileged to design for Dawn at UStamp with Dawn and Friends.  I have created two projects for Technique Boutique, the first of which uses Wax Paper Resist.  This was so much fun to make!  I love to read and what better accompaniment for a good book than a good cuppa!

If you are always on the lookout for great projects utilizing great techniques then UStamp is the place to be!  There are always a minimum of 40 projects with step-by-step instructions, including photos.  I don't know of any other class where you can get project instructions for less than $.50 each!  Come on over and join us!  There are still plenty of projects to be posted and as always, there are prizes to be won!

Spotlight on Christmas

UStamp Accordion Notecard Holder

It's been awhile and for that I apologize, but I have a VERY good reason (at least for the last two weeks)!  My wonderful hubby is home for a visit!  He lives/works overseas and we haven't seen him since January 13.  The kids and I have been so excited to have him home and have been spending as much quality time with him as possible before he leaves tomorrow.  We will see him again at the end of the year when we take our New Year's cruise.  Skype makes it bearable and the time flies when we get to see and speak to him every day, but it's still six months between real live hugs and kisses.

On to today's project.  Once again, I am designing for the fabulous UStamp!  This session is called "Keep Calm and UStamp On".  As usual, this wonderful online class is FULL of fabulous talent with wonderful projects.  My first project (I've designed two) is an Accordion Notecard Holder with coordinating note cards.

If you would like a full step-by-step pictorial PDF tutorial for this and all the other fabulous projects come on over to UStamp and join us!!!

Thanks for stopping by today.  Until next time ... Happy Stamping!!!

MDS Hybrid

My neighbor's son is 7 today.  He is just the cutest little guy.  He made it a point to come over and ask me to be sure to attend his birthday party.  His mom said he usually doesn't take to people like that, so how could I resist!  He has also fallen in love with my daughter who is now his "official" babysitter LOL.  I needed a quick card for him so I opened up My Digitial Studio and went to work.  I then printed out my card front on some photo paper, mounted it onto card stock and voila!  My card is complete!
