Welcome to the UStamp with Dawn and Friends!! World Showcase Blog Hop. Glad you decided to join us.  There are 24 stops for you to make along the way. This is stop #8. You'll have from Friday, June 10 through Monday, June 13 to visit all the blogs and check out all the yummy creative goodness!
If you have been following the Blog Hop from the beginning, you have just been wowed by Kris's Love Shadow Box.  Isn't it just gorgeous??

If you are just joining the Blog Hop, no problem as you can start at any point. All the Designer's Blogs are linked together so you will be able to see ALL the super projects we have for you.

For my project I chose to do a quilted card.

My mother-in-law makes the most amazing quilts.  Since I am not a quilter (or even a sewer for that matter), I figured why not do the next best thing and make a "paper" quilt!  There are so many amazing quilt patterns out there on the Internet -- the possibilities are endless.  Just change up your pattern and your colors and you will have a completely different look.

As a Special Thank You for stopping by my blog I am giving away BLOG CANDY!! Please leave a comment about my project to be entered for a chance to win a FREE PASS to the next UStamp with Dawn and Friends!! session - I ♥ the Holidays!!  I will randomly select a winner to be announced on Monday, so please check back to see if you are the lucky recipient.  If you have already joined I ♥ the Holidays!! for the Special Party Pricing and you are selected as the winner, you will get a FREE Pass to the NEXT event after I ♥ the Holidays!! which will launch in the Fall.

AND now for the really cool part!! You will NOT want to miss out in THIS!!
By clicking this really cute blinkie...yeah...go ahead and click it!!...
you will be taken to
THE WORLD SHOWCASE BLOG HOP WEBSITE!!
Of course it's ***FREE*** to join and there you will find the tutorials for all the blog hop projects,
PLUS live chats, challenges and more prizes!!
You will even have an opportunity to be considered for a spot as a Guest Designer!!

Yes!! It is all FREE, so tell all your friends and join the fun with UStamp with Dawn and Friends!!

AND last but certainly not least, please hop on over to NEXT BLOG where you will find Tammy with an absolutely beautiful card set and holder.

Thanks again for stopping by!!

Great way to use those small pieces of DSP. I am a beginner quilter and love it, but the paper quilting definitely gives faster satisfaction. Thanks for sharing and the chance for blog candy!

Quilts are a great way of inspiring new designs for cards...they also make great gift sets for quilters who don't have time to make their own cards to give away because they are busy quilting!

Thanks for another wonderful quilt card idea! I am in your same boat, my MIL is a fabulous quilter and I can hardly sew a button back on. So I do lots of these for her, lot the idea of cutting the squares into triangles....see, that is why I don't quilt. duh!
